AUTOMATED OIL MANAGEMENT
Greenwave’s proprietary fresh-oil / waste-oil management system is available as an indoor or outdoor unit with various capacities ranging from 100-500 gallons. The system allows the user to add oil to the fryer with the push of a button and the squeeze of a nozzle. The system eliminates the handling and storage of heavy boxes of oil as well as the unsafe transport of dangerous hot oil.
